DECOLORING POWDER BLUE PLATINUM

It is recommended to mix the product with hydrogen peroxide in the proportion of 1 to 1 to 1 to 2 in a non-metallic container with the aid of a non-metallic spatula or a brush until homogenous consistency is obtained. The action time should vary according to the desired degree, porosity of the hair and its structure. Leave on for 10 to 45 minutes, the maximum action time should be 45 minutes.
